Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to ten business days from the date of your order, for contiguous US stocked items.  For international items not stocked in the contiguous US or handmade to order items shipping times are considerably longer.  Please refer to the shipping section on the individual product page for the product shipping details. 

For contiguous US stocked items orders we will send you tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  For international items not stocked in the contiguous US or handmade to order, the tracking information will be sent once the product has been made and received within the US.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within the time frames stated above, feel free to follow up with us at

Shipping Costs:

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on all orders.  Currently, we do not ship internationally.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it as soon as the item has been delivered.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to within 7 days and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for any return shipping charges and any other fees stated in the Returns and Refund policy.  Please refer to the Returns and Refund policy for further detail on how to refund or return your item.  Refunds will only be issued to the original method of purchase that you used when placing your order.
